I had a friend in high school that was Canadian. I gave her such a hard time (lovingly). Like in calculus she would think out loud and say something like "why did I get that wrong? It's so obvious" and I'd reply "because you're Canadian"

It's crazy there's a Toyota on the street in that color.

When I lived in Denver, some cat from Ontario lived on my street. His Toyota had a different name badge or was a model unavailable in the US or something that made it stand out a little bit. But what really made it stick out was that color... let's call it Canadian Ripe Melon. Truly, it was a little softer than what you see here, maybe more towards cantaloupe, but it's interesting that marketing controls us so much that we can't have variety in our cars because in the big picture they don't sell as well unless they're black/white/silver/beige.

Is it crazy to say I've always been jealous of the Euros and they're wildly-colored hatches? We get a midnight/electric sorta blue GTI or a funky orange colored Jeep or Dart and go bananas 'cause the schemes are so boring here.

Which colour? My Cutlass, or my dad's Echo? Also, yes. Remember when interiors came in colours, too? Yup, I have a double-burgundy Cutlass Supreme.
